Does your character have knowledge and experience in occult matters? Again, not of anything that would apply to Varvara. 2. Are you willing for Varvara to know certain facts about your character that she has no reason to know? Yes! 2b. If yes, what? A lot of basic stuff from back home would be fine: Mezzaline's status as prima donna of the opera house, how many siblings she has (it's 9 btw), about her best friend from back home Carrace, and any other little detail you would like to pick out from her history. 3. Are you willing for Varvara to know things about what your character is/has been doing without being present for them? Yeah, sure. 4. Would you be willing for Varvara to appear to your character while all others in the area remain oblivious to her? Hmm, okay!
